Hcg levels normal or rising fast? singleton or twins?

I had beta hCG tests done at 14, 16, and 20dpo. Do they sound normal or fast rising to you?

14dpo-195
16dpo-547
20dpo-4800

(31.5 hour for doubling time between 14 and 16dpo.)
(30 hours for doubling time between 16 and 20dpo)

I feel like it's a little fast? I hope not twins! Anybody else have similar results? and if so singleton or twins?

Just Google HCG levels & those numbers looks normal !
