hysteroscopy....

hello there

i had a miscarriage last year in March , doctors found that i have bicornuate uterus which mean two horns instead of a pear shape ,
they done all sort of tests even HSG whic they found i have a polyp in uterus which is not letting me conceive , they have suggested a hysteroscopy but im not sure when they r going to do this i m waiting since feb. all my pre op tests are done
well my question is any one over here have or had polyp who end up getting pregnant without treatment , or do we have any success stories after hysteroscopy please if any one do have a story please do share with me it will motivate me ...
