Am i pregnant ??

Hi Lovely ladies out there !!
I'm new to this group and i joined because this 2WW is killing me.
I'm 4DPO and these are the things i'm facing :
1)Lower back ache and some pain in Spinal cord too
2)Mild Cramps in abdomen from last 3 to 4 days
3)Some mild smell in urine.
4)i felt dry all day and when i checked my CM with fingers found very little white CM.

So are these really signs of early pregnancy ??
Please Help !!
