ovulation bleeding?

This is my first cycle using soy isoflavones. The night before last I got a positive OPK and in the wee hours of the early morning I had three very very sharp pains on the lower left side. I began spotting an hour or two later and it has since become a very light flow. I have had a second positive OPK yesterday. I had never had any of these symptoms before. Anybody else have anything similar happen and get their BFP? We managed to DTD the night of my first positive OPK but haven't been able to since.
