Hello ladies after 5 years TTC we started Clomid.
1st round 100 mg
2nd round 100 mg
3d round 50 mg

I take it cd 5-9 and get a positive opk on cd 14 or 15.
Not sure why doctor put me on it since I ovulated before.All tests were normal so we are unexplained infertility. Currently on Cd22

I understand your long wait. My DH and I are officially at past 6 years....uggh...I have 1 blocked tube so only ovulate every other month...my doc put me on 4 rounds of Clomid...no success yet! I have to go see a different doc on the 31st. I was on 50mg the whole time...I don't understand either why the docs put you on a pill that makes you ovulate when you already ovulate...whats the point? Oh, and I'm 11 DPO CD 26

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Congrats Felurian! That is great news. Well today is 11 or 12 dpo and still a bfn. Temps are still high though. I'm thinking I'm out this month but I guess there's still a chance.

I had my IUI yesterday....so we'll see how that goes.

Alright ladies, I'm 5 dpIUI -- progesterone level was a 17.1. I know that's good enough that I don't need a progesterone supplement (which I'm grateful for), but I have no idea what's "good" or not. Any insight?

My 2ww is finally over but I didn't get my Bfp. Woke up this morning to horrible cramps. Feeling more determined than ever to make this happen next month!

I am trying to not get my hopes up to much for myself but so far I have had no pre-period cramps though AF is scheduled to arrive in 7 days. I did do tests and all were BFN so maybe its just my cycles returning to normal . I usually get cramps for a few days before then they go away and then AF shows her ugly face.

Has anyone else had their etsradiol measured prior to ovulation? At what level was it when you ovulated? (Units could be useful due to country differences :))

My estradiol is going up, but still not high enough for follicle maturation. Another blood test scheduled for tomorrow. I feel like a broken record!

Hi my name is Liz, I live in outback Australia, 8hrs from town (where the fertility clinic is), I have been with my partner since 2005 (not married but may as well be) We decided to try for a baby in June of 2011, I just thought it was a matter of going off the pill and that was it! I didn't know about ovulation and preseed and all the other crap! After Christmas came and went I thought I would do a little research, I started using OPK's which I didn't really understand LOL and was also using the saliva test! AF's came and went and I got more and more frustrated, I used a clearblue + test oneday that gave me this thin blue line, not knowing about how crappy clearblue was and about evaps I got so excited! I went online and found this site and also found out that clearblue are the biggest pieces of crap ever made LOL.
I joined some forums and learnt a lot! Started BBT and other things, I also started to use Ic's (they work out heaps cheaper for the same result) especially for OPKs! I ordered a at home SA for my partner and it didn't give us the result we were chasing so we knew it have been 1yr of trying and it was off to the docs! DP didn't really want to do it and had a lot of trouble producing the sample (in the hotel room, I would hate to of seen him at the clinic) but after all was said and done his results came back average 27million with good morph and mort, the specialist put him on a vitamin and we hope it is helping, all of my test came back great! They did notice I didn't ovulate one cycle (I missed BBT that cycle) so we decided to put me on Tamoxifen (like clomid) to induce ovulation, I was to start on CD 2 and continue until CD10 with scans and bloods on every other day from CD10, BUT.... I got pregnant instead, I rang the clinic so happy that I didn't need to start treatment and did weekly bloods up until 8weeks for my dating scan, The U/S tech could find a sac measuring 7.6 and a yolk sac but no baby, seeing as all measurement were right and my bloods were good we rescheduled for 10 days later, I came home in a mess because they couldn't find the baby but had a little glimmer of hope because everything else was right! Next scan showed the same thing and everything still measured ok but my HCG had dropped 1000, I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage and had a D&C 2 days after, the testing showed a little boy with Trisomy 16.
I wanted to be pregnant as soon as I could but knowing that it took 15 months to conceive the first I knew it wasn't going to be easy, I started BBT the day after my D&C but didn't O that cycle, I did O the next cycle and what would you know! I got preg right away! I couldn't believe it, I was worried for the start because my test weren't getting very dark but run out of IC's and had to wait for more tests to arrive in the mail, I was 17dpo (5days late) when my FRER's arrived and it was that faint I could hardly see it! I was so bummed that we had failed again! I started to bleed 2 days after, I passes everything naturally.
I felt down but also felt great because I know we could conceive on our own! So as the months went by I was starting to wonder if it was ever going to happen again? I contacted the clinic last month (my 2yr mark) and decided to go with the Ovulation induction again! So here I am CD8 and waiting it out, I start my scan a little late due to how far I live from the clinic and because CD10 and 11 are the weekend so I do my first scan and bloods on CD12 which im freaking out about a bit because Soy has always made my O day CD12 and it hrs drive back to my partner if its on CD12 which only gives me 1 bd day.... I dis CD2 to 10 with 20mg Tamoxifen and I have had a lot of nausea this week, I never get nausea and bad headaches YAY, Anyway enough with my novel, just wanted to introduce myself!
