checking ur cervix...

What is this checking ur cervix thing on the ovulation calendar? And how do u do it? Bc I cant reach my cervix... Do I have my husband do it? How do u know the difference between hard medium and soft?

There is a really great book called Taking charge of Your Fertility that explains how to check all your fertile signs including your cervix. It is very educational and informative. I am sure others would agree that is it a great source for all women to have.

you made me smile with this one, im with u ' i haven't got a clue!' i have read some many instructions etc...but just cant seem to find what everyone is on about!

ive given up trying
