Leaking breast at 8/9dpo?!

Hello to all that reads this. Quick run down about my ttc story. I just had a blighted ovum in November. When I got a bfp it was in Oct, so I fell preggers in September. During that time I had just taken my 2nd dosage of clomid. Now 6 months later, this cycle I took the clomid cd3-7. This cycle was the weirdest. After o'ing either cd14 or 15 I was still getting o pain and constant EWCM everyday last week. Now today at 8 or 9 dpo I had a small amount of liquid in my shirt (at home with no bra on). I squeezed my right breast and very small drops of colostrum was coming out. I know this is SUPER early, but do you think this could be a bfp this cycle? Thank you to whom ever comment.
