Worried it's another ectopic advice please

Hope someone out there can help.
I recently had my left tube removed after a ectopic.
I was told to start trying again as I have had normal periods.
This month for the past week I have been experiencing shoulder/neck pain well it's more like an ache which goes down my right arm, feels like I've been punched in it, it's not really painful just uncomfortable.
Also not even sure if things like this can show up this early.
I've had no other abdo pain or bleeding and my period isn't due for another week so not even sure if I'm pregnant.
My dr won't do anything yet as no positive tests or late periods.
Not sure if im just stressing out about it or if i need to pursue a Dr appointment.
Hope there is some advice for me

Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry you're going through this dear. I have never had an ectopic but it seems like maybe you're fearing the worst. If your AF isn't due for another week , it could be that you aren't pregnant and this is just a normal ache. Even if you are becoming pregnant now, I think it would be way too early still to feel that pain.

Try to relax. :) But if it gets worse, I'd see a doctor. *hug*

im really sorry you have to go through this. i had an ectopic in september 2014 and left tube removed so i know what youre going through. after we started trying again i also felt similar symptoms, the dreaded shoulder pain, even sharp pains in my side all before i was due for af. now i actually am pregnant at 4.5 weeks and stressing hoping its not another ectopic and i cant have an ultrasound until 6 weeks so anxiously waiting.

i can tell you that now thinking back, i realize that it could not have been ectopic because obviously i eventually got my af but also because symtoms dont show up that early. actually that early there is no implantation yet either. and even if there is a fertilized egg its a tiny speck and wont cause symptoms this early. the shoulder pain cause is when blood starts pooling in the abdomen and irritates the diaphragm and that can only happen if the tube has split or ruptured and this early without even implantation and at that tiny stage thats impossible.

i know its hard not to stress. i know EXACTLY what youre going through. as hard as it is, try not to think about it too much. distract yourself. take early pregnancy tests starting at 11dpo so you can find out your pregnant early and from there track your symtpoms and have early scanning. but before even having a positive test dont stress because negative test means there has been no implantation and therefore nothing can stick in your tubes yet or rupture.

if you want to talk im here and i understand what youre going through! try to take it easy and take care of yourslf.

I also had an Ectopic Pregnancy in Oct 2014, but fortunately I did not lose a tube. But I still know what you must be going through and I am scarred that the same thing will happen to me again when I get pregnant, but I think its very important to try and relax as shoulder/Neck pain can be caused by stress.
As TTC123456789 said take a HPT closer to your AF date and if you are pregnant call the hospital or your midwife/DR and they will refer you to the early pregnancy unit (in the UK Not sure where you are from??)) as you will be seen asap if you tell them you had a EP before. Hope this helps x

Thank you ladies for your replies.
The shoulder and neck pain has now gone and instead I have awful period pains. I did a test anyway and was negative so I am just waiting until Af shows up.
Now I know what I had this month and I'm not pregnant hopfully will be able to relax Abit more next month.
It's so nerve racking the wondering.
ttc123456789 good luck with the scan I hope it all goes ok and where it should be :)
Thankyou so much again, your kind words have given me comfort and has helped me to relax :) xx
