Hi! I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving.

@LWilliam, I have heard of that book and thought about purchasing but being a New Yorker I feel that if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is so I did some research and found out that the book is 240 pages but provides no real information other than if you want to get pregnant then you should have a Chinese healer at your beck & call 24/7. Check this site, http://www.soulcysters.net/showthread.php/286924-The-Lisa-Olson-Pregnancy-Miracle-Book-Review

In any event, I do believe that what we put in our body has a lot to do with the results we get. I found this website where all the information they provide is free so if you have a minute browse through it. It provides a lot of healthful information. http://natural-fertility-info.com

I hope this helps.

AFM, I'm POD5, my temp is slightly high but nothing outrageous and have no symptoms whatsoever with the exception of some little left-sided cramps. AF is due next Saturday when I'm supposed to be on vacation in Naples, FL and I just found out that my friend whose 45 and who got married in July is expecting a baby in March so there's hope for us ladies - there really is.

Happy Saturday everyone!

Good morning ladies

LWilliams:: I'm with praying4ALil1.....I didn't think the reviews were that great on the book. And I also agree that what we put in our body makes a difference.

Praying4ALil1: do you usually have symptoms around this cycle?

Rebecca: I never really understood the way the monitor worked. What does it monitor? Urine, saliva, ect??

Afm: 10dpo. .... I think I had a implantation dip yesterday (98.2-97.8-98.3) this a.m. I also woke up this morning with really bad heart burn. (Unusual for me) I did not have a appetite yesterday ( I eat three meals a day) lol. I also had really bad leg pain (it felt like sciatic pain) all day long. So ladies I am getting excited! Tommorow will be the start of my testing. I will keep you guys updated....

Have a great weekend!

Zuberi - You dip test sticks in your urine each morning when it asks (for me it's from CD6-CD16), and it monitors your estrogen and the LH (lutenizing hormone) surge. Low readings are when your estrogen is high, High readings mean your estrogen is lowering and the LH is being picked up. Peak readings mean your LH is at it's highest and ovulation usually happens within a 24-48 hr window. Last month I got a high reading on CD12, then two peaks on CD13 & 14. I think I missed O, though, because we dtd on CD13, then skipped until CD16. This month I got low readings CD6 & 7, and have had Highs since CD8. I guess my hormone levels are doing something different this time. But I'm hoping that by temping - unless I totally screw it up - that I can find when I actually O, and can use that info to help us pinpoint the right time.

Good luck to you! It all sounds very promising!

Afm - CD10...still no CM, ovary pain, or anything else. But I was looking back over my last cycle, and those things didn't pick up until CD12. So I'm trying not to think on it too much - HA!

@Rebecca, I hope you O soon and then you can get the show on the road. FX!

@Zuberi, OMG I'm soooo excited for you. I'm praying that this is your month. Keep us posted.

@Zuberi, to answer your question, I don't have many symptoms PO, other little bit of cramps here and there but in September when I had a CP, all I wanted to do was nap, which I rarely do. I'm now POD6 and my temps are still not that high so I think I'm out this month but I'm okay with that. I'm looking forward to my doctor's appointment on Tuesday and then on Thursday we are leaving to Florida and I'm so excited about that. I can't wait to just hang out by the beach and have a cocktail or two!

I hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!

MrsWard, Tigerette & Scarlet, how are you ladies?

Zuberi - Oh my goodness! So happy and excited for you! Praying you see a darker line tomorrow. Post a picture if you can!

Afm - another crazy, hectic day at church. CD11. I was so busy, it took me almost all morning to realize I was cramping. Went to use the restroom right before choir practice and noticed EWCM. WHAT?! Took a look at my chart, and realized my temp dipped this morning, and when I googled it, saw that it could mean today is O day. Only time will tell, since I have to see 3 higher temps in a row to confirm O, but of all the days for this to happen.... The Lord must have a sense of humor, is all I can say. [smile]

We pray for each of you every day. May everyone have a wonderful week!

Good morning ladies

Praying4alil1: were you able to get some "spirit filled" bding in yeasterday? Lol I hope so.

Rebecca: thank you for being so excited. But I want be excited until I see the line get a lot darker.

MrsWard, Tigerette & Scarlet, where are you guys. I'm going to start calling role in a minute. Lol we need updates. The only excuse we are going to except is ......you guys were busy bding!!! Lol

Afm: I retested this a.m. the line was a tad darker. However I get the best/darker line in the evening time. So... you guys know I will be testing this evening. If the line is dark enough to capture it on camera I will post it. Temp still high. Talk to you guys later.

Have a great day!

Hello!!!! I'm here! Sorry I have been MIA all weekend. I actually went online and read some of your guys post but it was never a good time for me to post anything myself.

Zuberi_baby, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited for you and I hope you get a darker line tonight when you retest. That is SO awesome! I will be praying for you!

An update on me, today I am cd13. (anyone else on cd 13?) I had a lot of ovary pain over the weekend and even though I don't temp - it felt like my body temp lower yesterday whereas Sat and Sun, it felt like I had a fever. I didn't see much of the emcm. But I'm guessing with the ovary pain (on my right side) that it was an indication that I was about to O. My dh and I did the deed last night and have been bding every other day before that. I'm REALLY hoping and praying that this month is the month. Wouldn't that be an AWESOME Christmas present. I'm praying for our little miracle. I am also praying that each of you ladies receives your miracle this month as well. I thank God for this site and for each one of you.

Good morning ladies! I hope everyone had a great long weekend.

@Zuberi, I'm so excited for you. We need you to get the BFPs rolling on this thread so I can't wait to see the update later today.

@Zuberi, LOL. No, no "spirit-filled" BD yet. We are not leaving until Thursday :-( in fact, there was no BDing to speak of this weekend. DH is a lieutenant for the FD and he worked 24hr Saturday into Sunday, caught a big fire at 3:30 in the morning and didn't come home until 9 o'clock yesterday morning. Needless to say he was exhausted so he slept all day yesterday. Blah.

@Rebecca & MrsWard, ladies get some BD in! I wish you both much luck this cycle and thank you for the much needed prayers.

AFM, I'm POD 7 and no symptoms to speak of whatsoever so I'm pretty sure I'm out this month. I'm not upset though as I will be seeing my doctor tomorrow afternoon and I'm hoping to get some answers then. I will keep you posted.

Have a great Cyber-Monday!
