Clomid and Dexamethasone?

My husband and I have been TTC since June 2012. I do not ovulate regularly on my own and was just diagnosed with PCOS and high testosterone (after switching DRs).

I have already tried Clomid 4 times, 3 times at 50mg and once at 100mg. I do temp charting and check for cervical fluid (have done OPK in the past but allow myself to get too stressed, so stopped using). Looking at these things, I believe the Clomid has worked 3/4 times and I have ovulated. However, I have never had an US to check if the Clomid worked (one reason I switched DRs).

My DR has just prescribed me 100mg of Clomid (CD 3-7) and is adding 2 mg dexamethasone (CD 3-12) for my high testosterone. Has anyone taken dexamethasone with Clomid before? What were your experiences?
