Going Number 2

I have a question, and I'm going to apologize before hand if this is TMI. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and since I've been pregnant I don't have morning sickness (knock on wood) but I do get neausea, but when I feel sick about 10 minutes later I get the urge to go number 2, and once I go I feel fine and the neausea is gone. I'm wondering if this could be my form of morning sickness if that makes sense. Cause I hardly throw up, and even when I get the stomach flu or anything like that I get it the other way and never throwing up. So I don't know if its just my body or what. I'm just wondering if anybody else as experience this.
