Any advice... HELP

I'm 18 almost 19. My fiance & I have been TTC since early December now. Right now is just the perfect time for having a child. We have unlimited resources for help, we won't have to pay for childcare and we have all the help we could need while we both attend college. He plans on going full time while working and I plan on going part time. We live with my parents. Timing is just right for all of this to take place. Does anyone have any advice on how to help boost fertility and kind of help speed up this process? Not only is this the perfect timing but this has been my dream since I was able to walk. I've taken care of children since I was in diapers cause my mom worked in childcare. I love children and I plan on devoting my whole life to them, along with people with special needs and autism.

I'm just looking for any ideas to help with this process. Please message me or reply to this.
