Day 21 tests results - Help

Hello all,

This is my first post and I'm sorry if I have done it in the wrong place...

Ok, bit of back ground, I'm 29 and had PCOS since I was 18. I've lost 5 stone and for the last 2 years I've had AF reg ish. 28-35 days. Before this I maybe had 2 a year.

Soo after a long time TTC I was sent for the day 21 blood tests, these are my results:

P level: 40

Something else was: 594

My doctor isn't about till Monday, but the receptionist said on the results it said borderline... What does this mean! I thought 40 was good? So confused please help xxx

By "P" you mean Progesterone levels? If that's the case then I would imagine that you did in fact ovulate. If that is the Prolactin level, then I have no idea. Anything >3 in the Progesterone level is indicative of ovulation; ideally the levels would be over 15 on an assisted cycle.
