OvaCue and BD timing

This is my first cycle using the OvaCue, which was given to me by a friend. Anyone else using it? Any ideas on when to start BD and how often? I did read the manual online and it said that during the blue days were good, making sure to BD on the darkest blue day and also that the medium dark blue days were good. It didn't say anything like BD EOD starting..., KWIM? Thanks!
