Spotting as early symptoms

Hi, i got my BFP yesterday and my period is due by monday the 25th. today i noticed light pink spotting on toilet paper when i wipe, very mild cramps and mild lower backache. i usually get the cramps on my first period day. i am worried about miscarriage during first trimester since i read it is so common! Are these symptoms normal?? thanks!
