Anyone with experience with Vitex?

I'm considering trying Vitex and would like some feedback from people who have used it before.

I did use vitex for 2 months. It did even out my period. I started having it regularly. It didn't help me ovulate(I was only on it for 2 months then they put me on clomid), But I did really like it. It got my period up and running again:) GL!!

Holly860, what do you mean by didn't help you ovulate but regulated your periods? I thought you get your period because you ovulated and the egg didn't get fertilized. Unless you're on birth control which is different. Am I wrong? I'm new to all of this fertility stuff.
