4 days late

Hi ladies this is my first time ever posting. Well I am four days late, for the last few days I've had nausea, and I've had it bad enough to seat I wake up from it. I've smelled pork and I've wanted to throw up. We'll I keep getting negative pregnancy test, the Surepredict 10 miu Sensitive ones. Well today I had this pain almost like the pain I had in my miscarrage, a tight kind of pain in my vagina and I had cramps so I thought my period was coming but nothing, no period bleeding, except when I pee I had clear cervical mucus with red blood streaked in it. I thought I already ovulated from positive opk, but this isn't period bleeding so could I have implanted? I have a 28 day cycle, I'm on cycle day 33. Please help, thank you
