Sharp Stabbing Pain at 6dpo

Has anyone ever experienced sharp/stabbing pains in the vaginal/cervix area prior to a BFP? I have never felt a pain like this before, it was totally different from period cramps or gas pains and it lasted for a couple hours and went from really intense to just a dull ache. It hurt the most when I moved from sitting to standing or vice versa. I was almost ready to go to the ER before it subsided. Could this be implantation?

I had similar pains with my first pregnancy. They were never bad enough to make me consider going to the ER, but they were definetly different. I am having those pains again, so I am KMFX!
