help, light period and other symptoms BFNtest...confused

Hello all, I started lightly bleeding on Sunday, thought it was AF but i havent been bleeding enough to even wear a pad but I have been feeling really tired, nauseated and have had some mild cramping in the abdominal area and feel overall crappy...headaches and waves of feeling like i need to throw up, I ovulated on the 20th and had sex on that day and every other day...I just don't know what to do I'm confused and want to feel better...any help.?
Also sporting started pink on Sunday, Monday was red then today it is brown....
