Very confused, possible miscarriage?

Hello everyone!
I have had some confusion going on since September... btw sorry if TMI :(

I'll start from the beginnig:

SEPTEMBER:
I believed I was pregnant because I had what it seemed to be
"implantation bleeding" and pregnancy symptoms. Ended in
2 (-) PT's tho

BUTT-
After the (-) PT's I now beleive I had a miscarriage in September because
I had felt all pregnancy feelings and then I HAD a terrible heavy,
clotty, stringy, period and was late.

OCTOBER:
I started my period late night 10/19 always start around 19th/20th every
month (Period lasted a few days 4+) *NORMAL period*

I was sick 10/27-11/10
severe sinus issues, sore throat, headache when I stood,
stuffy nose and a nagging cough
On nov 10th started having weird feelings "pregnancy symptoms"
pains, twinges, etc that I had felt in September.

2 (-) PT's

NOVEMBEr:

Nov 11 (VERY LIGHT spotting) 12 bled dark brown, 13th bled heavy and
chunky, then stopped
(I was extremely upset on this day because my mother had passed last
year on 11/11/11 )

MISSED period?? 11/19

DECEMBER:

12/7 dark heavy & brown blood, 12/8 dark brown which
stopped then started again through out the day
12/9 dark brown & a lil bright blood with stringy clots some chunks in it

I took 3 PT's, last one on 9/26 and all -.

I'm so lost lol.. I've never been so messed up in cycles EVER.
In July marked 1 yr of being off the pill after 9yrs. I plan on makin
an appt with an OBGYN this week after the bleeding stops. But any
ideas, expierences, etc. would be GREATLY appreciative.

ps. September and November symptoms were exactly the same and resulted
in the same pain/bleeding etc. Which now I really feel like these two were possibly miscarriages? So freaked out now..
