not sure IB or cyst!
hello all maybe you can shed some light in my problem? Im currently cd 27 i usually have a cycle length of 35 and i have PCOS. on cd 15 i had a + opk. on cd 24 i spotted brown and a rusty red with very mild cramps. since then ive had nausea, very tired, random dizzy spells, pressure, a pinching feeling in my cervix. Ive also been having cramps off and on across my whole lower abdomen not severe just mildly annoying. its to early for me to test so im wondering if maybe i had IB cd 24 or have another cyst/

a positive opk doesn't guarantee ovulation. I've seen enough charts on ff who had different positive opk's with a couple of days/weeks between them. It only means that your body is building up toward an ovulation. For several reasons your body may delay ovulation right before it occurs, as stress or illness. So maybe your ovulation was delayed?
