Acid Reflux??!?!?!

I have a burning sensation in my throat. I've been told by family it is probably just acid reflux. But everywhere I've read it only happens after you eat or when you go to bed. Mine is all the time......is that something I should worry about? DH and I have been ttc for a year and a half. This is our first and I'm 5 weeks pregnant. Please share your experiences/advice. All is appreciated!!

when i was pregnant with my first child currently ttc#2, i had the same problem. but sadly enough it lasted up until the day she was born and with that was intense heart burn and extreme belching, my doc told me to sleep with my head at 45 degree angle at night and to not eat anything 3 to 4 hours before going to bed.
i hope this will help you out a little.
and congrat's to you.

I had it so bad I had to go on prescription meds.

Here is the advice they first gave me. Sleep propped up. Don't eat anything right before you go to bed. TUms and Pepcid are safe during pregnancy.

Try to keep a food journal and write down what really aggravates it and try to avoid those foods. Any meds you take, take with a snack. Hope this helps.
