Does Pregnyl give false alarms of pregnancy?

Dear future mothers,
I took pregnyl 10 000 IU on the one day before ovulation.
Now I am 11 DPO and 13 Days past pregnyl.
I had few pregnancy symptoms like vivid dreams (7DPO) fatigue, metallic mouth taste and a very slight nausea, few ovary cramps during the night and a slight insomnia ( all these begining with 9 DPO).
What do you think can it be a true pregnancy or it's just a false alarm because of Pregnyl. If anyone shared the same feelings, please tell me - ease my two week wait feeling :)
