Fetal dopplers
i recommend anyone with fears, doubts and worries to get yourself a fetal heartrate doppler!! they work from mostly the 10th week past gestation but sometimes might still be too early, i just got one for myself it deffinately settled my worried alot!!! hearing the heart beat was the most amazing thing i could feel.
