Early Implantation bleeding?! Ectopic??? Low Fever, cramping

Hey, this year I have had 3 early mc but never an ectopic. I have some symptoms that are kinda worrying me. This month I did not used opks or temp for ov date and use ov tracker apps, so these are approx dates.

Starting 3 days ago I had occasional sharp cramping in my pelvic region and started a low grade fever of 98.8. (hasn't turned into the flu yet). This started approx 6 or 7 dpo.
2nd day of this cramping my temp went to 99.3 and I was hurting and feeling sick but no cold or flu symptoms other than fever.
3rd morning of this, I woke up today and felt like my stomach muscles were sore like I had worked them out. It feels like a band from my belly button downwards. When I went to the bathroom there was small amounts of brownish blood: this would be 8 or 9 dpo. My low grade fever is now 99.1 and still no symptoms of a typical flu.

I never had these symptoms, esp the abdominal soreness, before with my other very short pg's. Implantation seems kinda early imo since my period is not due for another 6/7 days. I have a 26 day cycle. Too early to test and does +hpt tests even show up if its an ectopic?

If anyone has experienced this or with or without ectopic pg I would like to hear it or any advice/thoughts you may have on this.
