feeling really nauseated

I'm on my 6DPO and for a couple of days now i've been feeling really sick when i go for a bicycle ride i never feel sick when im doing that.. i know its too early to tell but everything i smell or see makes me want to throw up but nothing wants to come out, i never felt like this before what should i do?
i've never really threw up in my life ive alwase been good like that but this time felt like motion sickness wich i never have.. would that be a good sign that maybe i am pregnant or is it my concious yanking my chain???
