bfn but no af... could I still be pregnant??

I normally have 28 day cycles, today is cd32 but I took an hpt yesterday morning with fmu - bfn. I had light pink spotting at 11dpo after sex, and a little red spotting yesterday morning - 16dpo. I've had some cramping, nausea and dizziness, fatigue, increased cm, which is weird. Usually I don't have much before AF. I don't know what to think, I feel like I have some pg symptoms but my test was negative. I've only taken FRER, I know they're supposed to detect the lowest amount of hcg but maybe I should try a different brand? I'm going to wait and see if AF starts, I can't stand seeing those negative tests.. but has anyone else gotten a bfn after AF was due when they were really pg?
