OPKs after D&C

Ok ladies, its driving me crazy. Its been 17 days post-surgery and still nothing. Hcg 10ml test were neg about 10 days after. i have been poas twice a day, looking for LH. I have Anovulation, so catching a noatural surge is slim. I have read that lots of women do naturally O 2-4 after. Even women with the same issues as myself. So what gives, is it very possible for me NOT to O before next AF arrives? Can I count D&C as cd1? Should I give up and just wait for AF? Any advice would be greatly appriciated :)

Ttc after two loses, with a bicornuate uterus and MTHFR gene mutation. Gabriella grew her wings on Jan. 13, 2010 10w3d Spencer grew his wings on July 11,2012 7w2d We are now on cycle 32, ..........waiting of AF to arrive so i can begin a new medicated cycle.
