Hi everyone! Anyone have this- I had a temp spike at 7dpo then it went down about 0.3 at 8dpo and now it spiked again! First month I'm charting so I was just curious to see what others have. I know temps stay up after o but could yesterday be considered a ID? Hmmmm...

Sometimes a temp spike is just a fluke- maybe you were warm that night, or maybe you caught a bug... If it stays up though, then it may be triphasic, and that would be the appropriate time for a chart to go triphasic!

Thank you! We will see what it's like tomorrow. Fingers crossed it keeps going Up and stays up. AF is due at the end of this week so I'm going to play the waiting game we all love.
