Maca Root/Vitex SERIOUSLY delayed O!
So I took Maca Root and then started Vitex just a week ago, and I don't think I've ovulated yet. I'm on CD FORTY THREE and I never got a positive OPK until CD 27, and I quit testing after that. Not sure if I'm post or pre O, but definitely hoping for post so I can move on with this cycle!
Ladies, please be wary of Vitex and Maca!
