my doctor found white blood cells in urine but i have been have pregnancy symptoms. if i am i am three weeks can this be pregnancy?

My gp found whitecells in my urine when I was VERY very early on. They said it could be a sign of urine infection but weren't too worried as 'it'll probably clear itself'.
