10dpo with mild cramps and one strong twinge when I stood up. Was the exact same pain I got throughout 2nd pregnancy. Tested neg this AM

I'm 11dpo and having cramping since 8dpo also having creamy yellow stetchy cm. Af due in 5 days. Tested negative today.
