Just as chart shows. 8-10 just cant get energy and need naps. This is SOOO not normal for me! Just like this cycle!

Im 1 DPO, very tire, eyes are dry and just feel sluggish and drained. Fell asleep on couch mouth wide open. woke by moanng in sleep!
