Um, lower back feels so knotted up! And it feels like it's injured, but for no reason. Can't get out of bed without rolling to my side.

I might be pregnant from last month but I'm waiting for af on Monday. I have HORRID back pain and tummy aches. Dizzy. Tired. Headaches.

I had a lower backache last cycle a total of 3 days about a week before af...this cycle since cd12, now cd 24, hoping it's a good sign, fx!!

My legs and lower back have been aching since 0 dpo. Ive even had trouble moving???...
