Got my BFP 3 days ago and feeling very tired, light headed and dizzy today. Bouts of nausea already. Today is worse with the dizziness

I felt dizzy and nauseas today about midmorning. Still feel really dizzy. I dunno. This would be weird if I conceived already!

Mild cramping, nausea after eating, really tired even though I slept well, excess vg discharge, frequent urination and very gassy!!!
