snot like mucus clear and thick not white, just clear and thick and no smell what does it mean?

the other day I was in the shower and had this thick clear mucus come out of my vaginal area it was very thick it was not white did not smell just clear and thick. i've been very moody and irritated with everything lately and my lower belly has been getting this dull pain in my left side.. could it mean a possible pregnancy my fiance and I are trying for baby number 2..
