Lupus Anticogulant and PCOS?

Has anyone been sucessful concieving with Polycystic Ovarian Sydnrome AND having a Lupus Anticogulant? This is our second month TTC, but no luck yet. I'm also already 34 days into this cycle, but I got a BFN today from a Dollar Tree test not used with FMU. But I got a BFN a couple of days ago with an Answer test.

I had a pretty easy first pregnancy back in 2007, and got pregnant the first month we tried.
