Could I be pregnant?

I had really bad cramping about a week ago. I have some stitch like pains especially at night on the sides by hips...a little higher up. My boobs have been a little more tender today and I think my areolas are a little swollen. My period was due yesterday if I calculated right and I have had a lot of cravings. I think if a food and I can't stop thinking of it till I have it. Wings, salt and vinegar chips, and especially chocolate. Does it sound like I could be pregnant or just maybe AF hasn't come? We are trying and would love to tell our parents at Thanksgiving if we are!
