I am sorry for your loss. It should take up to 6-8 weeks for af to show after a mc, but everyone is different. The length of time varies from person to person. When I suffered a stillbirth, and it took almost 8 weeks for af to finally show.

I had a miscarriage the first month of pregnancy last August. My next cycle was right on time. Although, I know of some people who had trouble getting back on track with their cycles and ovulating. I would consider going to an acupuncturist. I having been going to one because my cycles did become less regular [varied between 26 and 33 days]. It helped a lot!
