large jump in BBT- am I sick or could I be pregnant?

I am 13 dpo, yesterday BBT 98.2 today jumped to 99.2. I have a sore throat and I'm feeling tired, still have very sore breasts. Could I be sick? or pregnant?

I had this happen to me last month. You can take a look at my chart if you want. I ended up just being sick with a small cold. But I honestly believe it can go either way.

I took a look at your chart and I think you have a really good chance. I would say wait another day or two to see what your temp does and if it stays high I would take a HPT. Good luck!!
