Is this a symptom of pms or pregnancy?

I am only at CD 19 I ovulated approx 5-6 days ago and my boobs are killing me. They are on fire and the whole thing is sore breast and nipple. I have sore boobs normally when I pms or ovulate but never this fever in them.

I hate to say this but i went through the same exact thing last cycle. My bbs were SO painful and hot! And, i've just started my next cycle. It's possible they mean absolutely nothing.
