12 dpo 3 days until AF BFN

I’m 12 dpo today I’m supposed to get AF in 3 days I tested this morning and got a bfn do I still have a chance of being pregnant. This is my first cycle ttc and I’m really wanting to announce I’m pregnant if I am on Christmas? Can someone shed some light.

Yes, you have plenty of time. A lot of women don't till get a positive till even a few days after a missed period due to different implantation times.

Also, depending on who you're telling, I'd wait a while. Close family & significant other is totally fine but I'd wait on sharing with everyone. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and it was a bummer to go around telling everyone. Good luck!
