Are the symptoms I'm having my body saying I'm pregnant this soon?

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive and we had sex in my fertile window after my last period but my official ovulation day is today. Two days ago I started feeling sick and as the day progressed, I got headaches, nausea, freezing hands and feet, and I vomitted once. The next morning I wake up with a headache again and I was dizzy and uncoordinated all day, a weird bitter taste in my mouth and severely irritable. This morning however the bitter taste went metallic and extreme fatigue set in. I felt a random pain in my uterus that kinda shocked me but it went away just as fast. I took some home pregnancy tests that my sister used to detect both her pregnancies, (the salt test and the sugar test) and I got a positive reaction to both. To make sure it wasn't a normal reaction when urine and those items meet I tested the same thing on my mother and her results were negative. Is it possible l to conceive 2 days before ovulation? I'm desperate for answers if I'm pregnant or not.
