I need help as I am completely clueless.

5th round of clomid started from 13/11/2017-17/11/2017, three tablets a day. 12th day ultrasound indicated a cyst measuring 8cm by 6.9cm in right ovary and two small size follicles measuring 1cm in left ovary. My GP asked to repeat ultrasound by 7/12/2017 and meanwhile gave antibiotic to reduce the cyst. I took it from cycle day 13 to cycle day 17. But before that scan I went to a physician for frequent urination and excessive hair loss , so he recommended blood tests and whole abdomen scan, which was performed by a senior GP on 27/11/2017 on cycle day 17th. I specifically asked for cyst so she said no cyst seen but good size follicle measuring 2cm by 1.9cm is there so have intercourse for consecutive three days and she injected me with IVF 5000. Now following the advice of my previous GP I performed the scan today 7/12/2017 cycle day 27 from the same place from where I did the scan on cycle day 12 and it still showed a cyst relatively reduced in size but still there.
