Dizzy spells and lightheadedness caused by prenatal vitamins?

My hubs and I are TTC. I'm 7 dpo and have been taking prenatal for a couple of weeks. For the last three days I've been having waves of lightheadedness and dizzy spells. Each last about 10 minutes and cause me to be nauseous, about 15-20 times a day. Like that feeling when you get up too fast...

It is way too early to be a sign of pregnancy, right? Anyone else experience this?

Remember that progesterone increases in pregnancy even before implantation, so you could be reacting to that. That would be a really weird vitamin side effect, especially if it hasn't happened every day since you started taking them.
