Faint pink line on 15 dpo. PCO trying to conceive. Please help!
Hi ladies!
I have had pcod since ever, and trying to conceive since last 6 months. Finally, this month my doctor gave me some hcg injections and monitored the formation of an egg. We did everything as she guided, and now on 15 dpo I see a faint pink line. I heard that pcos getting treated might show up false positives due to high hormonal treatment being given to them, so I am not sure if what I am seeing is a positive pregnancy or a false negative. It surely isn't an evap line as the urine hadn't dried up when I took this picture. I took a picture at 7 dpo also and it was totally negative.
Before I go to my gynaec or hcg blood test, I thought to take some opinion about what you think, otherwise I might make a fool out of myself breaking the news to my husband. Please help!!!!

If you were on hcg treatment for pcos (I also have it), then as horrible as it sounds, don't get your hopes up. PG urine tests monitor the amount of hgc in your urine. If its positive, there is hgc present. But in this case with the treatment I am assuming this has influenced the results.
It's impossible to get a false positive. EVER. It is possible to get a false negative. I would say wait until at least 1 week past a missed period to rule out the treatment giving a false pos. If its still pos then, then you're PG. Hgc takes a week or 2 to work out your body. Depending on the amount given.
