Spotting and confused 26 day cycle

I had my period Nov9th i hve a 26 day cycle and im on cd14 i started lite pink spotting on cd13 have been having period cramps and twiges and sharp pains on both sides of my ovaries my question is could my spotting be from ovulation and is it normal to have period like cramps.

The spotting could be left over from previous cycle or it could be ovulation bleed when the egg gets released. The cramping can happen before, during and after ovulation. Are you tracking by BBT and OPKs?

I was using bbt in the past but it became to stressful so I quit and I never seem to get a good postive on opks
