Question

I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks. That was over three weeks ago. Took a test and it's positive?

Could have a new pregnancy?

I'm sorry for your loss, I know it can be difficult.... It can take a while for your hormone levels to return to normal, so I wouldn't take any more pregnancy tests, it could just upset you. Take time to grieve without the worry and take care of yourself.

Thank you. It's so hard. I would of figured by now the test would be negative, we've done the dirty many times without protection. I've read that you're very fertile after a miscarriage... I'm wanting to be pregnant again so bad , I feel so lost .. like I didn't something wrong.

14 wks is pretty far along. I'm sure your hcg was very high, and can probably take a while to go all the way down. Did your dr. Not monitor your decrease in hcg? He should have tested you until it was out of your system.

Nope. My doctor didn't monitor my HCG levels at all. So I have no clue .. I wish he would of but I didn't think to ask. I've never had miscarriage this far along. Ive had one 11 years ago but I was only like 6-8 weeks.
