Spotting 9 days after ovulation and the spotting has completely stopped since. Not TTC.

Here are my stats:
-1st day last period: Oct 26
-Ovulation: November 9
-Spotting: November 18
-Next expected period: November 25.

We are not currently trying to conceive, (pullout method) so if this is pregnancy it would be quite a lucky one! I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. could Aunt Flow just be annoying and try to freak me out ? The spotting was redish, not brown, not pink, and only on the toilet paper, nothing else. I thought for sure Aunt Flow arrived early but there has been no more spotting since. I don't really have other symptoms other than cravings (usual pre-AF) and the only time I've had cramping was a few hours before the spotting. Now I'm super bloated but that could also be because of all the gummy bears I've been eating :( Let me know what you think. Thanks ladies!
