Positive Saliva Ovulation Test, but no CM at all?

So I got full ferning on my saliva ovulation test for the first time but I have had no CM at all up until 5dpo which is very little creamy CM. Anyone experience this and still fall pregnant?

It depends on what you mean by no cervical mucus. If you test it with your finger and its moist inside like as if its watery then that's fertile cervical mucus...I never get egg white cervical mucus only watery and I am trying for #3 so you do not have to have egg white.
